We will be doing a pull session every Thursday for 4 weeks with a variety of movements including Deadlifts, Pull ups, Bent over rows etc

You do not need to take part in every session, you can also drop in or out for single sessions.
If you are looking to improve on lifts this programme is built to improve technique and strength over the 4 weeks.
