We will be doing Conditioning every Wednesday for 4 weeks

There will be a large focus on technique, learning about power output etc. and accessory work

You do not need to take part in every session, you can also drop in or out for single sessions.
If you are looking to improve on lifts this programme is built to improve technique and strength over the 4 weeks.
