SOULFIT Summer Games

In house competition day.

This is open to PAIRS. The pairs must be same sex, scoring will be fair for both. You must sign up individually. THIS IS FOR ONE TICKET, YOU NEED ONE TICKET EACH PERSON.

This is a mediocre competition and not like the Crossfit competitions you see online so please take part if you can! It is challenging but also a very friendly environment. Please contact us beforehand if you would like to scale weights for the event.

Participants must be able to competently complete the movements advertised.
